Silversands BBQ
Silversands BBQ

For the last two years now the scouts have had a BBQ at Silversands beach, this year was no different.
There were no set activities so some of the boys went for a swim in the sea while others tried to dam the river.
After a few unsuccessfull attempts, one team managed, shortly followed by another downstream.
The dams eventually were broken down and as the water rushed downstream, Jonathon and Blair decided to lie in its path.
Needless to say, they got wet, very wet.
The food was then prepared and eaten, then it was back to playing football, baseball etc.
As it grew darker we headed home, a good time was had by all.
